Meet the Leadership Team:
Wes Bunch CEO

As the co-founder of Bridgehead I.T. Inc., Wes Bunch has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology. His background includes business analysis, I.T. service management, cybersecurity, data center engineering and management, infrastructure support, and cloud architecture. Wes also has a soft spot for Cisco Internetworking and R.F. engineering. He helped to found Bridgehead I.T. in 2012 and has operated as CEO since 2014. Wes also focuses on leading Bridgehead I.T.’s Cyber Security Division, large-scale ITSM implementations, R&D, and strategic and technical alliances.

Chris Brandvik COO

Chris Brandvik is one of Bridgehead I.T.’s founding partners. He brings more than 15 years of technical and management experience. Chris is also our Project Manager and takes great pride in delivering I.T. Solutions to our new and existing customers. His reputation of seamlessly integrating large scale projects and bringing those projects in on-time and on-budget has helped solidify Bridgehead I.T. as a premier I.T. Service Provider in the I.T. space.

Chris also brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our growing team and is passionate about our customers and their businesses. He is continually working towards finding new and innovative ways to help our customers better their business through technology.

Chris’ vision and industry knowledge continue to drive Bridgehead I.T. success in the I.T. Service space. His leadership enables the company to evolve in our ever changing technology industry, so customers are better equipped to optimize their I.T. Systems and most effectively run their businesses.

Gary Beadle Director of Business Development

Gary Beadle is a Texas native, living in San Antonio since 1992.  He has over 20 years of industry experience, including 13 years of software development and IT management, and 10 years in business development.  Gary loves getting to know his clients.  He’s passionate about understanding clients’ businesses and creating customized solutions to solve business challenges. Gary is married with four children and enjoys spending time outdoors, training for marathons, and playing basketball and golf.  Let Gary know about your IT challenges and he will work hard to solve them!

William Shelby Director of Client Services

William Shelby started with Bridgehead I.T. in 2006 as a Systems Administrator and has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. He transitioned from the fire department and emergency medical services field in 1999, bringing with him the ability to work through critical situations while under pressure. During his tenure with Bridgehead I.T. he has worked in many previous roles ranging from Systems/Network Engineer, Systems Operations Director, and project management.

These roles have provided experience that he is able to apply as Director of Client Services, where he provides account management overview for clients as well as providing network, system, and security assessments for potential new clients. He thrives on walking in to new environments and identifying solutions to problems for our new and existing clients.

In addition to being a City Councilmember for Universal City, William also enjoys music and long distance cycling.

Julia Kester Procurement and I.T. Vendor Management

Julia Kester was, born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. With a lifelong private education under her belt, beginning at St. Peters Prince of the Apostles, continuing with high school at Antonian College Preparatory for High School, and University of the Incarnate Word in my collegiate years, Julia is now the analyst for Procurement and IT Vendor Management with Bridgehead IT. She is eager to come in to the office everyday due to the caring environment. In Julia’s words, “Work has meaning when we care.”

Bridgehead IT protects every aspect of our clients wellbeing, and Julia’s department will protect your pocketbook by fighting for the best possible pricing on hardware, software and/or licensing. Julia’s team supervises vendors, ensuring stock is secured in order to bypass lengthy delivery times. They also facilitate and create partnerships with manufacturers ensuring our clientele will receive the support required to make their project and day to day procurement needs successful. Julia was president of a national sorority, the Zeta Sigma Chapter of Alpha Sigma Alpha from 2003-2004 and she enjoys bringing her passion for networking and forging relationships to Bridgehead IT. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and volunteering for the Make a Wish Foundation.

James Wiesner Director of I.T. Services

James is a Texas native and has been working in I.T. for almost two decades. James joined the Bridgehead team in 2009 and currently serves as our Director of I.T. Services. He is passionate about delivering the best quality of service in the industry and enjoys sharing his expertise and developing the skills of his teammates. James enjoys the family culture at Bridgehead I.T. and takes pride in being part of a team that consistently achieves exceptional results. James also brings a great deal of knowledge and expertise related to licensing requirements and helps manage software license audits and inquiries.  When he isn't working, James enjoys traveling. 

Robert Morales Field Services Supervisor

Robert has over a decade of experience in the I.T. industry. He started with Bridgehead as a Field Services Specialist and moved into his current role of Field Services Supervisor in 2016. As a Field Services Supervisor, Robert acts as an escalation resource for our Field Services Department and assists as a technical resource on our project team. Robert has an Associate Degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Cyber Security. He is married with three children, and he enjoys spending time with his family.

Nathan Goodwin Quality Assurance/Triage Manager

Nathan grew up in Corpus Christi, TX where he enjoyed playing baseball and soccer as a kid. Nathan joined Bridgehead IT in 2012 after earning his Bachelor's in Chemistry from Texas A&M Corpus Christi and his MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Nathan enjoys his role as the Quality Assurance/Triage Manager. Nathan loves the family culture of Bridgehead IT and looks forward to work each day because he knows how he can leverage his role in a way that makes a real difference in our client's organization. When he is not at work, Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and their English Bulldog Lola.

David Van Ronk Director of Systems Development

David started his I.T. career working in application and database development using leading web technologies. He brings extensive experience in consulting for application, server, and storage implementations. David holds various certifications for data center design and disaster recovery solutions. His goal is to support, design, architect, and execute an ideal solution that meets both current and future needs.

Scott Larson Communications Director

Scott was born and raised in San Antonio. He joined the Bridgehead I.T. team in 2017. Scott has a passion for training, teaching, and communications. Scott and his wife, Stacy, have a young daughter and two dogs. Together they enjoy spending time outdoors and watching movies.

Blake Smith Systems Administration Lead

Blake has a degree in Microsoft Systems Administration and certifications in both Microsoft and Linux. He joined Bridgehead IT in 2016 as a Systems Administrator. Prior to joining Bridgehead, Blake spent over six years helping small businesses manage their IT.
